The first one

For many months now, I’ve been wanting to write blogs again. And today, I’m finally beginning that journey. The only problem is, while I have so many things I wish to talk about, at this very moment, I feel completely zoned out.

Let’s see… A huge change happened in my life when I joined the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. Dreams do come true. I realized that I can’t keep postponing happiness into the future—I need to take that step today. Coming to this university is part of that Journey. It is first unviersity in the world for the study of gastronomy and I am fornute to attend it with full scholarship. From the incredible library the university has, to the amazing classes and their way of thinking, everything feels extraordinary. But it’s not just about the university—it’s the network and the kind of people I’m meeting here that’s truly remarkable.

Funny enough, despite being prepared with many things to write, today I seem to have no idea what to say. But that’s okay. It’s about the journey, not the destination.

So here I am, starting a new experiment with myself: to write a blog every single day for the next 500 days and see where it takes me. Will you be interested in reading it everyday? Only time will tell.

Right now, I’m preparing for an exam on Tuesday on European Law. It’s been fascinating learning about Geographical Indications, nutritional labeling on packaged food, gastronationalism (you might want to Google that one), the global food system, and so much more.

Alright, let me just run this through ChatGPT and make it a bit more readable.

Stay tuned—tomorrow, I might share the story of my first champagne experience.
