Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the event.

  • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email with your booking reference and payment details.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment within 5 working days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

  • Please note that transaction or platform fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In rare cases where we need to reschedule or cancel an event, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your booking to another date or event of your choice.
